Villa Psathi includes five private bedrooms, each with its own shower and WC, giving families and groups both privacy and independence throughout their stay.

The bedrooms continue the villa's understated Cycladic character through natural materials, stone tones and simple interiors designed around comfort and the surrounding landscape.

The spacious kitchen is designed for everything from simple breakfasts to shared meals with family and friends. The villa is fully equipped with cookware, utensils and appliances, including coffee and tea makers, a blender, citrus juicer and additional food-preparation equipment.

A second full-size refrigerator provides additional storage for longer stays and larger groups, while outdoor dining and barbecue areas extend cooking and dining beyond the house.

Outdoor living is at the heart of Villa Psathi. A tranquil courtyard opens directly from the kitchen and living area to a shaded terrace with a large 10-seat dining table, followed by sunlit daybeds and built-in seating for relaxed afternoons and evening apéritifs.

Five terraces create different spaces for dining, gathering and relaxing throughout the property, while pergolas provide shade during the warmer hours of the day.

The private pool is equipped with sunbeds, an outdoor shower, barbecue and dining area nearby. As evening falls, the terraces become a quiet setting for long dinners with friends or family beneath the Milos sky.

From Villa Psathi, a private path leads approximately 100 metres toward the coast, making the sea an easy part of everyday life at the villa.

Guests can walk down for a swim or snorkel before returning to the privacy of the house, pool and terraces above.
