THE VILLA

Located only 100m from the sea, the villa blends traditional island architecture with contemporary comfort. Built in 2015, with a guest wing added in 2017, the home features thick, hand-cut stone walls that keep the interior naturally cool throughout the summer; therefore, air conditioning is not required.

Inside, five bedrooms each include a private shower and WC, ensuring both privacy and comfort. 

Throughout the house, natural textures, local materials, and gentle stone hues reflect the island’s landscape. The fully equipped kitchen combines beauty and function with state-of-the-art appliances and a second full-size refrigerator in the reserve for extra convenience.

A tranquil courtyard opens to the kitchen and living area, leading to a shaded terrace with a large 10-seat dining table, followed by sunlit daybeds and built-in seating; perfect for relaxing with a book or enjoying an apéritif near the petanque court. 

Large stone terraces wrap around the home, shaded by pergolas that create inviting spaces for outdoor dining and relaxation.

The private pool is perfectly integrated into the natural landscape. An outdoor shower, built-in barbecue, and dining area make it easy to enjoy the long summer days outdoors. 

As evening falls, the space transforms under the warm glow of lanterns and the soft sounds of the sea — the perfect setting for an unhurried dinner with friends or family.
